International Shipping

We ship across Europe and worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Production Time

All products are made to order. Standard production time is 2–3 working days. Express production (1 working day) is available for an additional £15.

Print Guarantee

We will reprint any product that is faulty or falls below acceptable print standards.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items manufactured to your specifications. However, if your product is faulty or damaged, we will reprint or refund in full.

Non-custom items (like flag bases) can be returned within 14 days in their original condition.
